Closing the campaign to new supporters and stopping charges are two different steps. Dates have not been set yet.
The proposed approach would use a shared end date and stop automatically without renewal. This recommendation still needs confirmation. “Temporary” does not mean indefinite charges; any extension would require a new voluntary action.
What exists and what remains to be built
The documented process requires a verified @ulaval.ca address and human approval for tester access. Once approved, you can create and edit your student profile and submit association-related requests, which require separate approval.
Activity and community discovery remains in development. This description is based on project sources, not an independent verification of production journeys.
