Price and terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Scope changes require a written amendment. Options and third-party fees are listed separately.
Billing hypothesis — not approved
For discussion: CAD $50/hour for authorized hours, credited toward an agreed fixed total. For a $5,000 price, 40 hours × $50 = $2,000 credited, leaving $3,000 at acceptance. It is not $5,000 plus the hours.
This hypothesis is not an offer or an adopted rate. Taxes, deposits, termination, rights, liability and contractual terms must be agreed and reviewed before real use.

Who owns the code and access?
Intellectual property, licences, access and deliverables are defined in the contract before work begins.
Is this only for student associations?
Consulting serves external organizations. Student associations can also explore Okeiya Sites and its tailored request journey.
